Meet Alex
Hi, I’m Alex Frost.
I’m the Broker & Director of Agent Development at Keller Williams Grand Lake, where I help agents build businesses that work for their goals and their lives.
I started my real estate career in 2021, working with buyers, sellers, and investors across the Grand Lake area. I know what it feels like to build a business while juggling everything else life asks of you—and occasionally wondering where you left your coffee. That experience shapes how I lead: I’m big on practical training, honest conversations, celebrating wins, and following up on the goals we said mattered. And yes, I’ll probably ask how your database is doing.
These days, you’ll find me coaching agents, teaching technology and systems, and looking for ways to make our office a place where people feel supported and challenged to grow. I believe real estate should be professional, productive, and maybe even a lot of fun. Outside of work, I’m a proud mom of two and love being involved in the Grand Lake community.
